if you know how to read well there are warnings that say that the scenes you see are not intended to represent BDSM. So this comment of yours makes little sense as it deals with fiction and not real facts and how one behaves in role-playing games of this type in reality. Take it more calmly.

Just because it's not intended to represent bdsm, that doesn't mean that in the way they do is done horribly. Op opinion is very vaild as it's a obvious critique to have.
Such a horrible Portrayal it is had me pulling my hair out. Legit the ML says, "I didn't give you a safeword because I don't think I did anything to warrant one". The fuck do you mean?! Thats the most basic ground rule of SM, to have a safe word, and especially for someone as experienced as the ML.
The sub holds all of the power, and it's something built through trust. I hate these representation that show that doms are just people on power trips.
