From what I see, people who genuinely like the story, the abuse, experienced some trauma themselves coz they're fucked up in the head *like me. Not that I enjoy this but I just like redemption stories and I'm being super patient with this one. But yeah hope we all get therapy.

There’s a reason why this is a rated R manhwa. I understand these types of stuff is triggering to other people. If these kinds of stories sets off a trigger, then it will be a logical move to drop it and not read it.
