Yes, he returned to his omegaverse world. Nothing's gonna happen to him and the baby, aside from food-deprivation, they'll be fine since they'll return to the non-omegaverse world in a few days. But he won't contact his mate in the hospital. His mate will find them in an alleyway, weak and cold and they return home.
