I think because it was because of the uke’s father and the cousin’s family took care of his hospital bills and the uncle loves his son so the uke repays it by helping the cousin advance his career. If he wants his father to get the care he needs he needs to be in the cousin’s good graces? However now he doesn’t since the seme will take care of this for him
I think it is guilt. The uncle took him in, but his wife did not want that and left. So the cousin blame him for breaking their family. So the uke just does whatever the cousin wants. Living in toxic environment can seriously fuk you up in the head, yk.
