He did alwas love her but he's possessive af + he didn't realy know how to make others feel loved

I feel bad for him too. Like do people forget he comes from a military background. He was probably trained to not be expressive and listened to his elders(mothers/king/ captains) without question. Plus everyone knows he’s a man of little words, he obviously can’t express himself the best. She likes to put all the blame on him cuz he didn’t do anything but she didn’t try harder to understand her husband or get him to talk. Like he seems like a traditional guy, get married + have kids =happy marriage. I feel so bad cuz his character seems like the main plot of so many other stores. A hard cold husband who “ignored”/mistreated his wife but turns out he was always in love but just didn’t know how to express it. I hate how the story is slowly making him into a worst character or making people hate him more. I was hoping they would have a conversation where they would clear everything up ( & she would realize he did care but he just didn’t know how express himself) & end things in good terms, but I doubt that’s happening now.

Dude, he literally said he will keep her beside him even if it means she'll wither away to death beside him. It's a poisonous obsession. In no way you can say that's love.
