He does that to tease him about the fact that he was catfishing, i can see why this would make you uncomfortable, but it has no deeper meaning. He just wants to annoy him, it's not meant to make fun of actual identity and gender but to mock him about the fact that he was lying about himself and was a netkama. When it truly matters, he's calling him as he's supposed to. (but yeah, as i said, i get why you'd feel uncomfortable, especially if you're transgender. I'm just trying to show you a different point if view so that you'll be able to enjoy the story as it is, so hopefully you'll be able to have fun!)
