It's not Omegaverse, but if you want cute and fluffy with some drama mixed in (plus full color), Cherry Blossoms After Winter is a go-to favorite of mine... And it has three seasons of gorgeous artwork.
Actually, it's 4 seasons plus a lengthy epilogue. And a cute side story in between.
