I thought exactly the same thing, that part doesn't make sense, the author wanted to make an excuse to make him seem faithful to his love for Uke but she didn't do it right.

I was so mad at that part! on top of that the Uke didn't ask him anymore! I would have liked the Seme to be more honest and say that he wanted to sleep with the girl!

He only intended to tease him in his own clumsy way of trying to create a closeness between them. He didn’t realize how hard the uke would take it, and never intended for it to be bullying or to encourage others to bully. He finally saw the negative impact his teasing had and genuinely regrets it. I think that’s redeemable. But what the heck… “Help her” by having sex?? Like how does that make sense!? lmao
