It's about people with supernatural abilities called espers in the world if they use to much power they risk rampaging and to prevent that there are guides who can absorb that entry and help them, they can guide through touch holding hands but the more intimate the better results and there's matching rates and some partners bond, there's a few good ones out I think only some are completed most are new and ongoing

They are worlds where Espers and Guides exist. Espers have special powers. Using those powers can have bad effects and they can go crazy if it gets really bad. Guides help relieve the bad effects. Usually this is done by physical touch. The more physical contact, the better the healing.
Most guideverse also have ranking and compatibility systems where espers and guides are matched based on their ranks and compatibility. High ranked espers cannot heal properly with low ranked guides. They need guides who are compatible with them.
