IS THIS GOOD? There’s rape TT

From what I see the art is really pretty, but the TW:rape always stopped me. Please tell me if it’s still worth a try, or should I just skip if I hate coercive Seme?

For me its worth it only because the seme is changing and regretting his actions right now. Also because Im obsessed with their dynamic which is the uke constantly hitting taejoo and taejoo just accepting it, complaining, but accepting it in a way.

Only few seme can come to realization like this one. Mostly their redemption arc happen when it is near the end so it happen just to sugar coat the wrongs they have done. But here the seme properly knows where he messed up and willing to pay for the sin. I bet he'll come to more psychological problem and hurting more.

its a typical bl. the ethical standard is low af and if ur a minor it may change your internal development and mindset on a healthy relationship. but if u see it as fiction the go for it

I’m one of the people who absolutely hate rape in a supposedly romance story and is easily put off by it. But I can tell you that this story is worth it. May I suggest you to read some of the last chapters first (when the ML is actually in love with the MC and feels like shit for what he did) before starting the serie (that’s what I did). It’s kind of a psychological story and I think it’s well done, it’s not the cliche story about the Mc who’s very sensible and sensitive and fragile and “falls in love” (to not say Stockholm syndrome) with someone who constantly abuse him and has no respect towards him (contrary to jinx or POTN for example). Their relationship is complicated but very interesting and well written. There is definitely rape, that’s for sure, but idk, even as someone who’s really triggered by it, I’m actually rooting for them. You should give it a try. I usually hate the Mc who falls into the cliche of the Stockholm syndrome but I wouldn’t say it’s the case here (but yeah, the ML actually did rape him so… but idk, they both seem self-aware of their relationship which is a complicated but super interesting one and at least the abuse doesn’t really seems romanticized). But you gotta hold on tight tbh. You gotta be able to let go of the first chapters and the coercion that leaded to this interesting relationship (but what’s good is that the ml is aware of the coercion and is aware of what he did, and he feels pretty fucked up about it) that’s why I suggested you to read some of the last chapters first.

Thank you all for the replies! Seems like Seme in this story is salvageable and the story is not going towards Stockholm syndrome direction. I’ll give this story a try then!

PS. I’m not a minor thanks for the concern XDD just got a hateful heart towards toxic Seme
