He was saved by edgeshot. His heart was sewed by edgeshots body that's why he's that small right know. He apparently should be dead since just because you sealed the heart doesn't mean it'll work, but his quirk suddenly sparks then it electrifies his heart to start the beating process again. I suck at explaining things, hope you get it!!
