Oh interesting! But out of curiousity what cake do you use and dont they get soggy after dipping?
Bcoz i sometimes have the problem where i dip my fingerladies into coffee, but they get soggy real fast... :( and my sis also doesnt like ladyfingers :/
Oh something i also recommend for none coffee drinker, instead of coffee you cud try dipping it into matcha (●'◡'●)ﾉ
I'm Hispanic so there is a desert call tres leche (3 milk) cake and the cake is made to be soaked in liquid. So I just made that and layered it like a tiramisu
