I’m confused

Anyone who did acting here? Or understand that world a bit?
I’m a bit confused. In the last chapter 39, I thought Han Maru did a great job. So great that the audience ended up liking him more than the actual play. But why the woman in the last panel (their teacher) got a bit angry and said something like Han Maru doing his job half-heartedly? Half-good?

I don’t know anything about acting.
But what I know in the manhwa, rn the team-play presences are worse than Han Maru. Is it his fault tho? Like, is the team-play supposed to be his one-man-play responsibility or something? I don’t understand…..

Im a bit confused too but I think he did way too good that the audience attention is on him than the actual play, though they are perfectly in sync as a team if one stands out then they'll likely focus on that one individual

In the last panel I think that their coach was arguing with herself that if Han Maru did it well then its all good but if he did it half heartedly then you know what it is. (The play will flop)

Cuz the play depends on how Han Maru acts

Though they are having trouble on how to keep it (the play) balance.

This is just my opinion tho

I just finished reading the last chapter. I think the coach just tell Han Maru to downgrade his acting tho? ( ̄∇ ̄")
Well Idk. I mean, sure, if one clearly better than the rest, the play will lost its balance. And from the last chapter, the teacher indeed said Han Maru’s acting outshined them and resulting in the others’ acting being swayed and changed slightly..

But I don’t understand why it’s his fault. Like it was his responsibility?
Why not train the other actor to have better mentality so they won’t be swayed by Han Maru and lost the balance? Why blame him?
Hmmm idk… I guess I’m just not fit to be an actor ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
