I never saw this type of bullies irl, do they really exist?

Apparently in Korea the bullying is extreme. Not to say it can't be extreme in the west too, but Korean school bullies are something else since their punishment is a slap on the wrist. Did you know that minors there under the age of 13 will not be jailed for any crime they commit, even murder? They can only be put in juvenile detention for 2 years max and no criminal record

Ye in here that age thing is works too. And a kid killed her friend in the toilet and hided it until the day end. She probably get away with it. Scary af.
