He's so out of it because of the drugs that he confused a random woman for Jin and then thought this was a dream, so it's really not Matthew
He thought he was fucking a woman or he thought Jin was with other guys and got really jealous??

He ran away from the woman but he is high God knows if he knows he is not with the woman or if he knows he is awake cuz he could be dreaming with Jin sinse he was trow at his door só can you blame him for not knowing he is awake
Depending on what you are high you can lose track of what you did or are doing like that, if he thinks he is dreaming he must be feeling like in a dream if you ever had a confusing dream you know how it is like
Jin said He is still having delusions from the drugs so I can understand why Matthew is so forceful and weird rn
I think he is being forcefull fully because of what old man said and the fact he feels he can't satisfy Jin, cuz truly he is not like that nor like to be like that and this makes him more angry cuz he thinks that's what Jin likes
It's been stated that those drugs make you see what you want to see and that's part of the reason they're so addicting so no, I actually really do think his drugged state had him confusing the woman for Jin and then when he processed that it wasn't him, he ran out to look for him and now he thinks he's dreaming.
Glad i'm not the only one who did NOT like this at all. Im so confused and it seems so out out of character for Matthew (yes he is intoxicated but-)... Both chapters felt like getting cold water poured on you when you're asleep.
