But that's the problem, it doesn't have a good simple plot. I mean I don't expect a masterpiece but just a cohesive plot, but I can see where your coming from

Don't flatter yourself. Just saying. The characters are written so well though. Just because you don't like the story doesn't mean it is bad. It means it's not your taste.
And just because you wrote something, doesn't mean you're an author, or maybe it does. What have you wrote??? Give me the name. I will see if your characters are well written. I am a bookworm you see. If you don't want to give me the name of your book, or manga then .... hypocrite.

The characters are written excellently well. They are realistic and they react how they are supposed to due to the situation. I don't know what this user is saying. You're an author and you're not able to tell if a story is badly written? I laugh.

Wow, you are very offended. I don’t know why, but to call me a hypocrite because I choose to critically analyze this piece of work is funny and you can go and search anything that has to do with writing to tell you this isn’t a well written story. The characters barley have any real motivations. The characters of this story have no depth, they’re repetitive, and half the times the actions of the male lead makes no sense. In order for a well written story is strong characters. They lack any motivation nor do they have any real clear goals and lack substance. The story is simply boring. There’s nothing that engages me or many of the other people who have shared their opinions. This story barley checks off that list. I mean come on this story isn’t good. I mean the authors other work BJ Alex checked most of what I just listed.The only positive thing I can say is the art style. You can like what you like but for me I’m just gonna post my opinion.

I am just going to say this it is important to critically think and analyze the content you consume, whether that content is considered good or bad. I don’t need to prove to you how I am a better writer nor am I flattering myself. I am a person that chooses to critically think about the good and bad within the stories I choose to read. The most important thing they tell when you write a story is your characters. If you do not have good strong chars you do not have a good story. You clearly don’t know what you are talking about because it is very clear that these characters are one dimensional. Your comment clearly tells me you need to pick up a writing class if you think this is what a well written character looks like. The situations present within the story are not realistic, they only serve a purpose to play out a situation ( that situation leading up to the sex scenes). Any person who works with creating characters for a tv show, comic, etc, would tell you this is not what a well written character looks like. It seems to me you are going based of what you perceive to be entertaining to you and equating that to a good character. I am very sorry that you cannot clearly see this is a bad story. I sincerely laugh at your response.

You still haven't explained how the characters are badly written though. You're saying words but with no meaning to them. Explain how the characters are badly written and how they are unrealistic, let me understand how much of a good author you are

Ok since you seem to not understand what my comment meant and entails I will explain it to you. Since you are illiterate. Jaekyung is a one dimension character. He has no clear motivations to his character. From the 38 chapters I have read, the only thing we know about his character is that he is a boxer, rich, and needs to have sex before a big match. We don't get a reason as to why he chooses to have sex with him or why he even chooses to. The only thing this man does is constantly rapes the main character with no thought. The author thought sprinkling "well Jaekyung might like you doc", as some kind of way to attempt to say "see he likes doc so therefore the actions we've seen him do are ok, cause he likes him". The only "plot" shown is the constant sex thrown at the screen. There is little build but those sex scenes and they just don't serve the purpose that's supposed to be there. I do not have a problem with story just being sex as I've read plenty of those before but this? This story can't even put together a reason as to why they should be together. One of the most important things in a romance story is a reason for why these two characters should be together. There is none.I mean come on they say he likes him in them the next scene he pours coke over his head? He is in no way complex either. His motivations aren't even known or hinted at at all. He's a boring character, because all he does is "be mean" and feel entitled to sex with the main character. Doc on the other hand is just a character that serves the purpose of being a cum doormat. I mean his motivations to stay in that relationship were absolved when he Jaekyung payed for the rest of debt he owed to those people. That scene was only added to show that he wasn't an asshole, but completely became useless because he isn't consistent with his actions. Doc himself is just a boring character where all he does is complain about a situation that realistically no one would stay in. The only purpose his character serves is to really just be there. Before you try to say that it's only 38 chapters, I have read better stories with less chapters that have better characters and writing.Constancy is key when writing a character.complex characters are important. A motive is important.I've only listed a couple of problems with the characters and writing.As I've told you before this isn't a good story. I am very surprised that someone who claims to know what good writing is can't even understand what I said. That in itself is very sad

I will forward you some well written pieces that you should check out. Full volume, shutline, lost in the clouds, and 19 days have better characters than this lol. I don't need to prove to someone who is offended by me being critical of a poorly written story

you ate with this. everyone wants u to explain why the characters are bad but they don’t even offer an explanation on why they think the characters are well written lol. kinda entitled tbh, since op did explain and all you guys can do is whine and not refute any of the claims they state . u don’t have to be a three star michelin chef to know a meal is bad just like you don’t HAVE to be a writer to know when a story isn’t good.

idk why some ppl are bagging on you that you have to prove you write. it was pretty obvious and clear that op didn’t mean it made them a better writer, it just meant they had experience with storytelling and using plot devices and see that this author is struggling with it this time around. getting soo offended over a readers opinion is so weird like y’all came on too strong and aggressive for no reason haha

Dude the characters are written so well though. And besides I already read all of those mangas. And they are written well except for full volume, now that is one meaning less manga. Just sex and 2 dimensional.
