Super hot take, might get killed for this

Errrr........somehow it feels like the author was writing whatever that came to mind as the story went? I mean i know the setting of the story is supernatural, so weird stuffs are bound to happen but i can't help but feel like the characters here never behaved in a logical way? Like they just did things for the heck of it, and the reason of their behavior was explained in the most half-hearted, unconvincing way. Here are some examples:

1. Yashiro just "died". He had a great relationship with his parents and friends so logically, he should have been at the very least curious about what happened to those people after his "death". But nope, he just jumped into his new body without even a hint of uneasiness or sadness about having to leave his loving family and friends. I even thought that he was an orphan or something with how nonchalant he was about the whole thing like?? He then explained that he was just trying not to think about it because he was afraid to confront what was really happening -- but there was never ANY indication of that. He was completely fine and goofing off 100%, so him saying that he had been too scared to think about his "death" was just unbelievable.

2. Yashiro finally got to be together with Kenta after going through so much hardship. Imagine it: he'd been in unrequited love for quite some time, went to a shrine for 100 consecutive days to pray for his love's success, confessed and got rejected, and "died" right after. He then had to live as a girl and win Kenta's love in order to get back to his original body. And now, after his love was finally mutual, what did he do the moment an ex-girlfriend he hadn't seen for a while showed up? He WAS PREPARED TO MARRY HER. Dude was literally like, ok my relationship with Kenta will stay platonic forever anyways, so it's fine if i marry my ex. Like what the actual FUCK was that. And that plot came out of nowhere and got resolved so fast too, like damn, there should have been other ways, more believable ways, to trigger the shift in Yashiro's and Kenta's relationship from platonic to romantic. If you're a good writer, that is.

3. What's up with Yashiro's mom being a lesbian this whole time? There is NO build up to that. Zilch. Literally none. We'd never even seen the moms in any meaningful scene before that. And the God being Yashiro's ancestor? Again, the plot came and went away in just one chapter. The implication of queerness being a "trait" that passed down generations to generations also felt like literal talking out of an ass like what do you mean that family was Destined to be tragically gay??? It didn't make sense, it was stupid, and i hated it.

And many more.

Idk. I really want to like this manga because it does have some good points but i just can't.
