Reassurance for ending

If anyone wants to have reassurance to feel better:

Most of the characters including Edith, Killian, and Cliff, get a happy ending while Lize suffers and gets a bad ending!!

Cliff and his parents only had 4 years (I think) of suffering. Not enough in my opinion.

Yea it’s obvious Cliff is being controlled, like he wants Edith to take Killian away so he can have Liz but he pressured his love rival into going on a date with Liz. The math ain’t mathing

After the author lost all her control, Cliff was still on her side. He chose to continue to be with her after knowing what she did to MC in jail.

I’m well aware since I read the novel. I was disagreeing with the comment from Kura-chan about being always controlled.
