Basically, she should've been the one who's the environment ahead among all of them. All the people around her are related to cycling, her grandfather is one of the LOS organizers, her father is the fastest sprinter in the world at his time, her classroom teacher/coach is the best rider in Italy at his time, her childhood friend is the best rider and the leader of the best crew in the UK atm, her beloved boyfriend is the prodigy and super rookie in SK, her friends were leveling up to obtain their goals. While she? The author didn’t do anything for her as of now aside from being Jay’s pretty girlfriend and some fanservice. Like she and her skills and capacities were left out of the crumbs. Lol, we're at 460+ chaps and the final round is around the corner. I’m looking forward to her development even if just a little yet the author lets her skills stay the same. The crew needs to step up their game if they wanna win bc they already lost a lot of players. Minu and Vinny are out of the question, and June is just hanging around. There’s only Dom and Jay who can seriously fight toe to toe the others. If the author continues this stagnant set-up with Shelly, he shouldn’t bring her back to SK again and just let her stay in the UK. This is the last round, and she’s the last remaining girl in the battle full of fuckin monsters. The author should at least show us what the best she’s got to survive in that war. We don’t need a damsel in distress here, we need a princess warrior who can fight those monsters for the crew, or else it’s such a waste of a character. ヽ(`Д´)ﾉ
I freaking love Shelly but I’m disappointed with what the author does to her character. I really hope she can have the training arc she deserves. Hopefully, with Noah or Kaneshiro or with her fam or whoever it is, I just need her to show some damn improvement for Jay and Hummingbird’s sake.
