I definitely get your point, but have to respectfully disagree and I'll explain why. "hit me if you don't like it" and "can I touch you/kiss you/make love to you etc." are not the same thing. The latter asks for permission and consent, while the former is coercive. He basically said unless you hit me I'm gonna keep doing what I want while already being on top of him and had already started touching him. Mohkwa was too shocked to even properly process what was happening, let alone give consent. He just laid there and took it because to him it's no worse than taking a beating and he's no stranger to pain. The overall delivery of this entire scene was done in poor taste, given how far we had come in terms of Nakwon's character buidling - only for it to be ruined in an instant. That's why I think an applicable to real life consent was even more necessary for this plot. what was the point of all the fluff and self-reflection if at the end, he still remained an aggressor anyways?? Not only did he not wait to hear Mohkwa's response, he didn't even care enough to make it a painless experience. He only cared about his own pleasure!! To me it just showed that at the end of the day, Nakwon is a selfish prick by nature and will always put his own desire and wants above everything else. Mohkwa is someone who's used to pain, used to going with the flow and following orders, lacks awareness and has no experience with love or a proper understanding what it even is.. and Nakwon has been taking advantage of his personality imo.
that's just my perspective that I wanted to share.
A lot of people think Nakwon didn’t ask for consent, but in the last chapter, he told Mokhwa “Hit me if you hate me”, which is oddly worded but is essentially the same as “Hit me if you don’t like this.” As Mokhwa didn’t do so, Nakwon proceeded.
