The way I see it is that he's cared for her from the start, he just doesn't know and understand how to express it in a non violent way as he is a monster, not a human. Yet he wants to feel love and wants to love her(forgot her name ughh:sob:) and Jaehyun on the other hand has been verbally abusive towards her and refuses to even acknowledgr her in a way. only now has does he have regret 4 what he's done like wtf
Idk what YOU have read because clearly you don’t see how bad and toxic jaehyuk was towards her. Sure, yato is old due to being a monster, but he didn’t technically raised her. He was just curious and started to watch her for a bit before leaving with her eyes. If you think jaehyuk only deserves to be endgame cause he’s human then what?? Yato clearly has been doing whatever he was doing; all the while watching over the girl just to know how to love her(and how humans love in general) yet unaware that he already does love her. And yeah okay, I get what you mean now that jaehyuk realizes his mistake, but if you were sohee(that’s her name right.?) would you still stay with that man even after all he’s done was push you away and literally call you useless and insult you? Be mindful that the characters in the story don’t see eachother’s POV as well because we also don’t see anyone’s POV irl.
As this has been presented in the Manhwa I agree.. I read several spoilers and it would make a better case for Yato being endgame. However, I think neither are good choice. I think if we consider this a more quirky horror story, it would be more acceptable as a choice, rather than a romance. The beautiful art throws us off balance I think, haha
Idk how sm of y’all r saying Yato should b the endgame like I find it so strange but ig that’s just me
