He’s replying back to when his little sweetie said “…I won’t run away again.”
Seme made a comment before: if sweetie knew how it makes him feel to have his scent all over, he’d would run. When sweetie said he won’t run away again, he again “no… you don’t know.” As in he truly doesn’t know how bad it makes him crazy with his scent all over him.
