Well it’s just my perspective but imho she’s somehow a kidnapper. She falls in love with him after being saved. When he came to the forest, she tried to take him without consent because that’s the way the tribe live: to force the opposite sex to come with them.
He rejected her, but because he lost consciousness after the fight, and was saved by her, we forget how she tried forcing him to come with her. Now this only look like teenage-girl’s first crush. But if the gender is swapped, the very first time she forced to take him might make us boiling with rage.
Did you forget the MC’s little niece’s mother? His half-sibling who got kidnapped and gave birth there?
The MC is strong, that’s why we take this case too easily. Like he could escape anytime. But if he isn’t, he would only amount to sperm donator like his half-sibling that died there.

I love him & The tribe girl. She is ABSOLUTELY my favorite. For a second I didn't know where her momma was going with that story.I thought she was tryna say her daughter could be pregnant and I had missed a chapter or something lol. But ouch her dad died cause she was mad brutal. Anyway I hoping they're end goal. Sometimes I wonder does Vikir know she is in love with him and pretends to not noticed or is he really just that dense when it comes to women.
