i haven't found any updated raws for the manga. the translation group for the novel is done with the main story now i believe but you have to pay to access all chapters, i recommend reading only the free ones and then the raws onwards since they're perfectly readable. https://readhive.org/series/46416/1/

the MC almost did not (i think it was the second last chapter) which was totally justified, even more so because he had constant nightmares of his past life of Kwon Ido's treatment who in spite of remembering everything deceived Sejin in the 2nd life in a way (he felt betrayed). He only forgave him because Kwon Ido was about to commit s#uicide once again + he inevitably fell in love with the Kwon Ido of the 2nd timeline.
