I don't think it was a misunderstanding I think it was a conspiracy because his family, his father had a lot of influence and was a very powerful family that could make people follow His father. I also think that the top (I forgot his name) did it out of obligation to because he was a bastard and a soldier and he always says that he is obliged to do what he does because the His life is also at risk but he is also a son of a bitch
