Some spoilers i found on the novelupdatesforum:
Who cursed her and why? Declen, the Black Wizard cursed her, twice.
Declen and Ethan were the founding Duo of the kingdom. Ethan is a powerful wizard and Declen is a powerful black wizard. During their life, some kind of misunderstanding happens (the story never clears it up btw) which leads to Declen thinking Ethan betrayed and killed him. Decades later Declen is reincarnated but in 2 different bodies. His memories went into the body of Emmet Sian and his black magic into the body of Viscount Diaclen. Something happens and Emmet dies and the memories go to Diaclen, reincarnation complete. While meeting Eristella he realizes his magic power reminds him of his 'enemy' Ethan, that's why he curses her (two curses because remember she already lived one life and brought it back with her, then again one or two curses make no difference in the storytelling).
Who ran the country while she was gone? Her older brother is the emperor so he is leading it. She only took a supporting role. Her brother is no wizard but the siblings adore each other.
How did they end up breaking the curse? During the time when Declen and Ethan were still friends, Declen gave a black magic stone to Ethan as a gift for fulfilling his goal. That was then viewed as a national treasure. A black wizard Eristella meets later in the story says he can remove the curse but needs a magic stone made from Declen's power. They find the stone and use it.
+ml performed magic... They thought it failed but later at night, she humanized. Hehe, it was awkward for both of them as she was naked. He brought her his clothes to wear and slept on the sofa... It was described as a sleepless night./SPOILER]
+FL returned to her fox appearance by the morning and ml was flabbergasted as he realized new things. The first thing he does is call the tailor to make Fox clothes. He'd cast a spell on them so that when she turned into a human again they'd magically fit her. Fl liked it so much that she chose a lot of designs and spent the whole day with the tailor. They figured out that she could keep her human form for 6 hours so she took a walk with ml. As she noticed the changes that occurred through her body like her hair getting longer or her feet getting bigger she asked ml if there was change. He regrets that he didn't spend much time with her before the incident when she disappeared.
+FL and ml are sitting near the fountain awkwardly, as FL thinks in her mind how ml is different now that she's looking at him head to head, she states that he's her first love. While trying to find something to talk about ml asks who her first love which startled her. Her face turned red while she hiccups... They go back inside and she goes with Sofia who cries since she misses her. The next day her friend Charlotte comes but gets angry that she doesn't get to see her in her human form so she declares that she'll stay all day until she sees her change. It was a very lukewarm reaction but fl thought it was better than seeing Charlotte cry./SPOILER]
Confession: Scene where Heinricion finally openly confesses to Eristella. It happens quite late in the story. He thinks she will sacrifice herself to save the kingdom, so to stop her he finally tells her how he feels.
Urgently, Heinricion exclaimed.
“If you die, I will have to grow old and die alone!”
“……?”
“Do you think I would meet someone else without you? Never. I will die alone without meeting anyone. Then the grand ducal family will be cut off.”
Heinricion poured out anything he could think of to capture Eristella’s heart.
But everything he said was sincere.
“Are you going to make me do that?”
“…….”
“Please… Don’t die, even if it’s just for me.”
Heinricion wanted to beg.
“If you die… I will never last.”
Ending: So they finally defeated the Dark Wizard Declen. MC was called Hero by everyone. And ML proposed to MC in front of everyone.
