It's still...pedophilia. he was sexually attracted to him. He is a child. A 16 year old and an 18 or 19 year old look very different in terms of body development. I look back at highschool photos and we really do look like babies, although we thought otherwise.
Yeah, I would hate if anyone says he's a pedophile. He loved Akari for who he is not for how young he is. Remember "PEDO" means child and "PHILIA/PHILE" means attracted. Seme was not attracted to Akari bc he's young and was considerate of how Akari's future would be if he's still with him. Also, there's no violent or traumatizing events her, it's really a green flag story at all.
