There’s only 4 alpha female x omega male manga/manhwa that I’m aware of (including the one you referenced). Out of the other three, two do not have rape:

Love is Fantasy ~The Queen~ (FL is a chaebol who sleeps around, ML is her secretary)

I’m Engaged to My Omega Teacher and It’s Killing Me! (FL is a high schooler, ML is her teacher)

FL rapes the ML quite a bit, but it’s hard to feel bad for him since he attempted to rape the FL first (he thought she was an Omega). Both characters are trash so it’s kind of a refreshing read where you don’t necessarily like nor feel bad for either one of them.
