Exactly - vercion is Sunwon’s abuser and sunwon is too afraid of both vercion’s personality and power in the kingdom to do anything. While the king is aware that vercion takes advantage of Sunwon he doesn’t know the extent of it and he can’t easily kick him out since he’s the high priest. What makes me really sad tho is that sunwon can’t escape since the church HAS to interact with ‘God’ and he’s constantly brainwashing himself into thinking that it’s all okay
Listen, a lot of authors likes to make the mc end up with the rapist/abuser over the good guy. Unless the author truly shows that the vercion is the antagonist of the story instead of the second (or first) ml it’s hard to tell. The fact there was plenty of rape scenes btw them are usually a sign that the author plans on making him the ml or a second ml.
A lot of love triangles usually let the bad guy win by making the mc gain Stockholm syndrome.

There are comments saying that this is a triangle, but it really isn't. There is one love interest, and hopefully they become a real couple soon. The other males are a bunch of rapists. The ml is a wonderful guy.
