I think it depends on how you will feel in that moment when it rains..When you feel sad.Obviously you feel sadder,but when you feel at peace..I think it's the best feeling for me.

Ohh. Yea listening to music while listening to rain is calming like you are doing some kind of meditation so its relaxing., tho for me i feel sadder lol, i think rain is some kind of amplifier xD
