It is not illegal to draw/write about fictional characters engaging in sexual acts. it is only morally wrong for some people and that's totally fine because no one thing is rated for everyone. I'm only commenting because someone got targeted harassment for even mentioning smut in a fictional story with fictional characters. To test your logic, if someone draw/write about a fictional characters getting killed or tortured, they should be jailed for murder too right? why is it ok for violence to be caused in fictional world but you seems to draw the line with sexual acts?
