You make a really good point. It doesn't matter whether he apologizes or not. Stuff like rape, blackmail or violence are a norm for him. Even if he apologizes, he's far from feeling genuine regret - people who genuinely regret this stuff usually feel horrified by what they've done. But hey, on the bright side, at least he tries.

I don't think it's obvious that Yeon Oh wants to take him back. He's self-destructive right now but he does seem to want to move forward, he's pretty focused on his career.
