I randomly.reemebered this one BLS I used to read where the two MCs were idols (or actors?) and it was either an omegaverse or a dom/sub verse but a specific scene is when the Omega (or sub?) goes into heat and so they lock him in a room and the his Alpha is going crazy and the Omegas friend (who is also and Omega, and I'm pretty sure is inlove with the MC) opens the door to the room so that the MC and his alpha can mate. ALSO the MC was hiding the fact the he was an Omega!!
