I don’t know that blonde man names but yeah he’s the original vampire and Eugene’s Master is looking for him, but don’t think he knows blonde man is the original vampire. And Eugene is like a vessel to create something with the original vampire, so blonde man and Eugene were like meant to be ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
