So the main character Youji is infected by a female alien that when it's in heat. It makes him.....release meat/flesh/blood....from his bum. I believe it's censored in the manga. He also releases a scent/phermone as well. Tetsuo has a perfect male alien inside him which is why he is attracted. Zenya has an imperfect male inside him which also makes him attracted. Makoto can smell it but is not infected by an alien but is still attracted.
