I disagree, Kihu shouldn't be the ML, he deserves better. Dylan may be a walking red flag, but Charlize ain't much better, lol. Kihu is the only good person here, which is why he deserves to be as far away from them as possible, lmao.

Hmmm, I'm not sure if that's completely the same. I've only read snippets of the later chapters, so I don't know much about it, but my main takeaway from it is that Adriane still absolutely hates/is afraid of Ceaser with no hints of love for him, and he doesn't love her either and just wants to use her, while Alphonso was like "I can fix her."
Perhaps the ideal conclusion would be that she doesn't end up with Alphonso, but I don't think that means she should end up with Ceaser either.
Her ex fiance is such a sweetheart and clearly the better choice for Charlize than his majesty that the author will have to make him do some horrible stuff to even the playing field. They already gave out clues that he was involved in the that the Kiera project so I assume he's maybe want/feel the urge to kill the emperor, Charlize or the emperor will kill this eliminating any "love rivals". Which let's he honest here what is wrong with Charlize??? He literally was the only person who truly love her but the cold shoulder she has given him is so excessive. He genuinely love her unlike the obsessive emperor who has a wierd infatuation with her
