Bots don’t check if there’s a real chapter, they just take what’s uploaded under a „new chapter“
I checked batoto and 1Braincell (translator) does have ch 30 uploaded. Ch 31 is being uploaded on Saturday. The placeholder image for ch 31 was uploaded by the translator on batoto 14 days ago. There's no updates on mangadex yet.
Guys it’s most probably a bot that is uploading chapters not an actual person
