Are you actually illeterale? Or just arguin on bad faith? Why is it so hard for you to get into to your head that being drunk and being blackout drunk are two VERY different things and having consumed alcohol doesn't immediately make any sexual activity a rape? Can't you see how absolutely harmful that kind of thinking is? Are you going around telling people who had a fun and pleasant night with someone but because they were a bit drunk that they were actually raped and should feel awful?? Are you actually that deranged?

I'm listening to you one more time but if you are still going on as you have then i have to say bye, Felicia.
Do you understand the word "drunk" as someone being completely incabable of being in control of their body or decisions? I looked up the literal meaning and if you are going by that then yes drunk people cannot consent. I haven't been using that word in that sense and i feel like when talked about someone being drunk most people don't think of someone compeletely wasted. At least not where i'm from.

Intoxicated with alcohol to the extent of losing control over normal physical and mental functions, key word, normal. If you are in the state where you can consent, you arent drunk, because drunk people cannot consent. If your mind is clear and you arent influenced by alcohol, you can consent, because, you are not drunk. If you are under the influence of alcohol and cannot think clearly (as in the same as if you were sober), you are drunk, therefore you cannot consent. Its simple.

No, im saying if you're drunk you cant consent. If youre able to llegaly consent to a signing a contract in that state, you can consent to sexual acts. Johnny, refering to the manhwa, was drunk, because his cognitive and physical abilities were not the same as if he was sober. He couldnt walk straight or anything. He was concious, for maybe some minutes before he passed out. Therefore, calahan, who was sober, raped him. It was so incredibly obvious how intoxicated he was.

I agree that completely wasted people can't consent (or drunk, i'm just nor used to using that word in that context). But i do have to still disagree on Calahan raping Johnny. Johnny was carried upstairs because he fell asleep, not necessary because he couldn't walk (can't know this for sure). Johnny also knew where he was, he knew who he was with. When Johnny initiates things Calahan says he's drunk and Johnny answers so are you. Johnny did know what he was doing. And like i said before, they communicated constantly and after Johnny passed to Calahan did not continue having sex with him but put him on bed. One could even argue Johnny was being semi-coersive with getting Calahan to sleep with him.

Ah wait, i see what the issue was, i think the spanish version i read edited the original version or something because when he said so are you there was a question mark. It was suggestive that he wasnt, and then the way johnny was drawn compared to calahan just made me think calahan was sober but the little blushes were there and i didnt think of it as that intoxication. Also just me misinterpreting the scene, i am so sorry. The miscommunication about the word drunk we've solved but i really am sorry about the misinformation here, it was both on reading a shitty version of the officals and not mecomprehensively reading what you meant here. I feel so embarrassed but i really am sorry for my mistake here, ill go correct what i did wrong.

I'm glad we could clear this up. And i understand sometimes emotions may get the better of us and it's easy to dismiss what someone we see as morally wrong says. And i'm not mocking you for being young, just that when i was younger i remember being really black-and-white on some things so i do get (at least i think i do) your reaction.
IT JUST KEEPS GETTING BETTER AND BETTER!! I HAVE READ SO MANY MANHWAS/MANGAS, BUT THIS IS THE ONLY ONE THAT MADE THE BUTTERFLIES IN MY GUT DANCE
