No I don't think he did, he was trying to say he wasn't the white haired guy cuz Beatty thought he was he only revealed his dragon form to her, he never said who he was
She mistook that the white idiot as the dragon because of those gold eyes but infact it was the black haired prince who is the real dragon I think
