Webtoon issued a subpoena to cloudflare for a shit ton of manga sites (listed here https://pastebin.com/raw/dU4TnMnd) Not sure if thats related. Could also be the fault of imgur? (i think thats the image host mgg uses idk)
They don't use imgur but I think one of the sites that they use to host images is down so thats why everythings fucked. I'm no web specialist though so take what i said with a grain of salt.
