I'm really wondering what the author is getting out of this, or what they're thinking when writing this shit. BJ Alex was such a good story and this is like if that was multiplied tenfold with a Main Lead that is unredeemable. His actions are completely unredeemable and I really don't see, realistically, him changing his ways at the threat of losing Dan somehow. It would be sooo unrealistic if Dan left him one way or another and he just suddenly stopped his bullshit and realized his mistake. This is a narcissistic character and narcissism cannot be cured like that. It'd be nice if Dan found someone who will cherish him deservedly.
