I think the former emperor mentioned it when he captured ml in the begining. That he (former emperor) has to restore fl's eyesight for her to witness him killing ml. Then the current emperor sent the antidote to the ml by the fairy after some time.

Wow I truly needed something like this, I LOVED how the ML was so puppy like.
The only thing I didn't get was, did she get her eyesight back? She takes the antidote but it doesn't really specify what happened after that. (that part felt kinda rushed too, like, they thought there wasn't any antidote and then out of nowhere the emperor sends it by a fairy/spirit - which was not mentioned before either)
I would also DIE to get side stories from the other characters, specially the emperor's, she dealing with her anger after the rebellion and possibly finding love. Anyway, loved it, really refreshing. Thanks for this
