It's a deliberate artistic decision. Without eyes, he's one step removed from his humanity and individuality, and turned into an everyman rapist, an insurmountable predatorial force. Which is what mobs are meant to represent, in essence.
Lol the artist gave the mob an ugly ass haircut but not bother with the eyes, still tho I much prefer these mobs better than the old fat bold mobs
