yeahhhhhhh I think he didn't have a plan in place because the plan was always to throw the MC under the bus if something ever occurred or got out. Like the ML and MC's relationship started out as literally blackmail and now it's turned into some sort of mutual feelings thing (we saw how he chose the MC over his goal during the poisoning incident). But the ML despite showing care/consideration towards the MC, is still very much in denial of his feelings.
If he's smart, he'll just have them go into the MC's apartment and show that there isn't anybody there (they should all be dead dead now because there were 6 undead friends and the original deal was to use the ML's power 7 times (1 for each dungeon)).
lolll nevermind, I just looked again and for some reason, they haven't killed off the last friend yet (chapter 72- honestly the ML probably put it off to blackmail the MC some more). But maybe he has a different plan, in place?

I think it has to do with the brother's healing skills (ie. he's already grown back his hand). But hypothetically speaking, they probably have some sort of collar or device to prevent people from using their powers. So if we were to put that device ON the brother and let's say... poison him with the poison he gave his dad. The brother would die a very painful death and all of our problems would be solved ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ﾉ~
