Yes they do. They were former fiancés due to some complicated reasons. The alpha seme imprinted one sidedly on the omega seme. Altho I was also kinda skeptical due to their past relation, this is still worth a read. As alpha seme is falling for our mc and the omega seme has always been in love with our mc from the start.
