from what i've personally seen, most eastern asian men have brown nipples. so i feel like it's not only the uke being womanised, but also 'cus many yaoi artists are seemingly weak to the typical "dark-skinned seme + white/light-skinned uke" trope (fetish). but they'll use more european features for the uke, even though he's still asian
