he knows othat it was nonconsensual (ie. him reflecting on how dohyeok basically said how it was awful and hated it) and he knows that dohyeok has ptsd from it (hence telling him to go to the doctor) BUT he's stopping himself from caring further/inquiring into it and convincing himself that maybe dohyeok brought it on himself bc he doesn't want to care about dohyeok. siwoon is constantly wrestling with himself; he's very aware and intuitive but he also tells himself he hates dohyeok so he keeps trying to pretend he doesn't know/care to keep distance
