At the time, legal age of consent is 16 in Japan
thats so real there is literally no reason for him to be a highschooler
The only thing preventing this manga form being good is the fact that taiyo is a minor like what was the reason?? Could've added another 1 yr on his age & would've made this less uncomfortable to read
