Nah i dont think vampires in this story are that indestructible to withstand getting their heads smashed to the wall in high velocity, visibly illustrated that they got injury and major blood lost from it yet left like its some minor injury without disfiguration whatsoever.
So i just leave all reasons and say he's the MC protected by the protagonist halo. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
You do know not every vampire story abides by one set of rules right? Authors tend to change the things they want (Ex: some vampire stories make vampires allergic to garlic and sunlight but some brush it off as a myth and that vampires aren’t weak to it).
Vampires in this story are quite strong. I think they have healing abilities as well since they can drink blood to get energy

Ok i know the translation ain't the best, but has anyone never questioned how the MC survived getting their skull slammed to the wall????? Blood scattered on the wall, my face while reading the rest of the story was like (⊙0⊙ )!! Dude survived and even had the energy to get hard?!?
