Well I remember in early chapters when they were first having sex seme would call the uke “my lord” and said he knew where he liked to be touched…so I think the seme was having fever induced memories about their past.
But also remember the seme isn’t actually a child and I don’t think uke would ever touch him while he thinks he’s a kid. So I think you’re right that the seme will change his body.

Wait I think maybe that in the past live it's a one-sided love. The dragon loves his caretaker and he loves him back but not sexually then in the next life it's a reciprocated thing. Cause the past live did marry and have children OR it could be that the dragon changed his body but I still hope it'll be after he has some maturity and not the mind of a child (well that won't really stop the ickyness but it isn't that bad)
